Oxygen used to have an option to draw the window background gradient. But in breeze, what this option does is really just draw the title bar gradient. It should therefore be renamed to "Draw title bar background gradient".

Since we're on the topic of renaming decorator options, in "Draw separator between Title Bar and Window", 'Title Bar' and 'Window' should not be capitalized.
