SUMMARY When selecting text from the Original String box, it makes disappear and adds random space characters to the Translated String box overwriting the current translation STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a file 2. Select a translation unit 3. This is an issue in sonnet (the KDE spell checker) which has been corrected now https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398661 For now I can suggest you to disable spellcheck by adding the following two lines in your .config/lokalizerc [Editor] AutoSpellcheck=false *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 398661 ***
