The kmymoney binary packages for windows includes aqbanking, which depends on the ktoblzcheck library. The packages does not include required bankdata.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download and unpack binary package from https://download.kde.org/stable/kmymoney/4.8.2/win32/kmymoney-i686-w64-mingw32-4.8.2-4.1-bin.7z
2. open command line in the bin dir of the unpackaged archive
3. configure aqbhic user 
4. run aqhbci-tool4.exe getsysid -u <user>


OBSERVED RESULT
4:2018/10/07 20-22-14:aqbanking(2672):de.c:  117: Bank data for KtoBlzCheck not found (-51), falling back to default
Oops, no bank data file was found in directory "D:\kmymoney-4.8.531d5d4b\share\ktoblzcheck"! The ktoblzcheck library will not work.

This message should not be displayed

Since this issue depends on the version of Aqbanking included in the Portable package, we need to verify again whether it still exists.
