SUMMARY

No Compositor help information present in KDE Plasma 5  (v 5.12.6) documentation. I did find KDE 4 documentation that is largely still applicable and could be incorporated?

Removal of this docbook was requested by the kwin maintainer martin, see https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/124436/

X-DocPath points to the userbase page you mentioned, therefore the Help action should open the userbase page.
But that seems to work only from the standalone KCM, not from KHelpcenter or from Systemsettings

Do we close this, then, or should we fix the X-DocPath-openign issue as part of this?

It might be caused by the filtering of URLs by the "http:" start substring.
