SUMMARY
...instead of its correct position

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start plasma-wayland session
2. open plasma-pa

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma-pa is shown in top left corner

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma-pa should be shown on its correct position in bottom right corner.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.90

Fixed in 5.12 latest
