Description Doug B 2018-10-05 15:23:37 UTC
SUMMARY: I was adding a printer today and noticed that every time I finished the wizard, it would not add. Nothing would happen. So, I hopped into the CUPS web interface and notice that after I completed the wizard there I got the error message "Unable to copy PPD file".

This made me think that perhaps the printer setup in Plasma Settings doesn't take errors into account on the last part of the wizard.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a situation to produce the "Unable to copy PPD file" error
2. Follow through the KDE printer wizard.
3. Click the "Finish" button

OBSERVED RESULT
No error indications show up

EXPECTED RESULT
A popup dialog that states the error

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
