Dock Graphics Corruption

After sleeping the computer, the dock and topbar will have graphically corrupt regions if a window was maximized when sleep was entered. The topbar will be fixed if I minimize my windows and allow the topbar to become transparent, and the dock will resolve itself if I run my mouse over all the apps in it and then swap back and forth from "Dock" to "Panel" to "Dock" again (presumably to redraw the graphics?).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximize any window.
2. Sleep computer.
3. Wake computer.
4. See corrupted graphics.

OBSERVED RESULT
Graphics do not appear to be drawing correctly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dock and topbar drawing visually correctly without noise corruption.
