quant theme

SUMMARY
Default K3b theme called quant looks fuzzy when display scaling factor is 1.2.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set your display scaling factor to 1.2 in system settings > display and monitor > scale display
2. restart plasma session
3. insert a disc into your optical device, open K3b, click "Device" menu, click "Media info" option

OBSERVED RESULT
Some parts of the theme, including the splash screen, look fuzzy. See the screenshots please.

EXPECTED RESULT
K3b theme should look crisp.
