STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set your display scaling factor to 1.2 in system settings > display and monitor > scale display
2. restart plasma session
3. open kolourpaint, use some tool to draw lines, circles, squares or write text

OBSERVED RESULT
Drawn lines look fuzzy, text has bad font rendering. See the screenshot please.

EXPECTED RESULT
crisp lines, correct font rendering

this issue persists with kolourpaint 19.08.2.
