When printing a PDF file to my HP Laserjet printer, the actual printed text is about 5% smaller than it should be. 

I get thecorrect size (apparently) when printing from Evince (= document viewer). 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Print PDF from OKULAR to printer
2. Look
3.

This very much sounds like the page is scaled down to take into account the printer margins. The wish to make this configurable is handled in bug 336617, so I'm closing this one here as a duplicate.

Please reopen and leave a more detailed explanation if you think your issue is another one.
