SUMMARY
Pen pressure works while using WinTab API, but not when using Windows 8+ Pointer Input.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure Krita
2. Change tablet input API from wintab to windows 8+
3. restart krita

EXPECTED RESULT

ACTUAL RESULT
Brushes create lines, but their size is static and do not change according to pressure applied.

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tablet in use is a Monoprice.

Well, that's probably because your monoprice tablet doesn't support the Windows 8 pointer api. This is not a bug in Krita, nor a bug in your tablet driver -- it just doesn't support it.
