It is difficult for me to move mouse exactly horizontally, vertically and in right corner. It would be nice to have option to expand submenus and change menus only on click, not on hover over item. Now I am using kde 5.45 plasma on opensuse leap 15.0.
Is this about the Plasma application menu (Kicker/Kickoff), or context menus?

If that's the case, I think Kicker is the wrong widget for you. It is explicitly designed to implement a cascading menu UX. If that UX doesn't suit you, you can get a different one from store.kde.org, using the "Download new widgets" functionality that's available from the Widget Explorer sidebar.
