When building gpgme with kdesrc-build, the project is configured to build in maintainer mode (--enable-maintainer-mode). In a minimal environment configuring appears to succeed but the build fails, because ./configure does **not** check for the following dependencies: - makeinfo - gpg - gpg-agent - gpgsm This can result in failing tests and failing invocations of makeinfo during build. Example to reproduce: - Docker container/image based on Debian sid (sid-slim) - With added packages: make, cmake, autoconf, automake, git, g++, pkg-config, qtbase5-dev, qtbase5-dev-tools, libassuan-dev, libgpg-error-dev
