Dolphin already provides a shortcut to suggest installation of KDE Partition Manager, now it could integrate some basic but useful partitioning functionalities in its UI.

A nice feature (like Nautilus has), is to give user a shortcut to format external devices right from the Places panel, just by right-clicking on their icons.
