Not sure where to put this, but I use Kvantum for my window style and I tried to enable transparency in Kvantum ; it works but I get no blur. I have Blur activated everywhere else on the desktop, but not in Kvantum on Wayland.

Reproducible on Wayland Operating System: KDE neon Developer Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.80 Qt Version: 5.11.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.51.0 Kernel Version: 4.15.0-34-generic
Created attachment 115138 [details] Attaching my config in Kvantum Manager
KVantum needs fixing to use wayland blur protocols
I just noticed that the same problem occurs with transparent Qtcurve themes.
