Opening context menu of desktop icons and moving mouse over it has some strange effect that not selected items still remain highlighted. See the video below.
The same behavior I see in 5.13.x version of KDE for the following distributions:
* Kde Neon
* Antergos
* Solus KDE

The same behavior is observed when in Dolphin Split view trying to move some item from one pane to another and context menu opened to select an action to perform(Copy/Move/Link etc...)
