The second line should show something else, like speed.

Same thing here with kdenlive 18.08.2.
To reproduce you need to check "Use KDE job tracking for render jobs" option in kdenlive settings, misc section.
Also click on the down arrow that appears in the screenshot of notifications applet to show details.

I don’t have this „down arrow“ on my render window. Neither on Linux nor on Windows.

the bug reported here affects notification applet in the system tray.

As it has been a while since this was reported, can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 20.12.2  https://download.kde.org/stable/kdenlive/20.12/linux/

This is how it looks like now, so the issue is not present anymore. That said, the notification could still use more information.
