I've attached a picture of the Application Menu, which looks quite differently from how it does under X11. Should be noted that I run 2x scaling, if that might matter.
Does clearing the plasma svg cache make a different?
Yes, yes it did! I'm really surprised you figured it out so fast. :) Was this a known problem?
Okay, I'm gonna add another comment, cause the fix made a bit of a problem with it all: In Plasma under X11 I no longer have any menus, and where before I had extra padding, now it seems I lack padding... I have tried to clear the cache again and rebooting into X11, but it doesn't seem to fix anything.

The padding sorted itself at some point, but I haven't figured out how yet. The missing menus where a global menu widget hidden on a disconnected screen. I recommend we close this bug.
