Steps to reproduce:
- create a free account on pcloud.com
- upload 'your first file' to actually unlock it
- setup Dolphin to access the account:
  - Username: the mail address used for registering
  - Host: webdav.pcloud.com
  - Port: 443 (encrypted)

What works:
- Creating remote files and folders, navigating
- Dropping files from local to remote
- Opening files from remote via 'Open With'
- Properties dialog for remote files, showing the correct file type (e.g. PDF)

What does not work:
- Copying files from remote to local
- Opening files from remote by clicking on them

In the cases where it does not work, it says that the file does not exist. Simply clicking on a file it seems it tries to open as a new folder.

I use the same webdavs:/ access fine with gmx.net, so the bug may be in the webdav implementation of pcloud.com
