Screenshot of Mouse Settings at 1.3x UI Scale

When scaling up the UI, the Plasma Mouse Settings break. Some settings completely get cut off. The UI scale can be lowered to resolve this, but on HiDPI displays it can be annoying to reduce the scaling just to access mouse settings and then increase it again. As you can see, it looks similar to how some icons look on HiDPI displays when scaled up.

In the attached screenshot, I am using 1.3x UI scale.

Already fixed in the upcoming Plasma 5.14.
