Steps to reproduce: - Search a term in a PDF, the term is highlighted in yellow with a dark border - With the browse tool drag the page until the highligthed word is outside the visible area - Slowly drag the page to make it partially visibile again Results: Upper/lower dark border not drawn sometimes I cannot attach a screenshot, because opening Spectacle makes the border appear in Okular
One more detail: this bug is not happening with mouse scrolling.

Coming here several years later, with 25.08, I cannot reproduce this. I tried zooming, dragging, keyboard scrolling (and mouse scrolling which is said to have never triggered this). Can anybody who reported it here or in the duplicate still confirm this?
Not the OP, but this bug occur only for a short period of time, way back. It doesn't any more on Linux or Windows.
Let's be bold then and close it.
Fixed indeed!
