Steps to reproduce:
- Search a term in a PDF, the term is highlighted in yellow with a dark border
- With the browse tool drag the page until the highligthed word is outside the visible area
- Slowly drag the page to make it partially visibile again

Results:
Upper/lower dark border not drawn sometimes

I cannot attach a screenshot, because opening Spectacle makes the border appear in Okular

One more detail: this bug is not happening with mouse scrolling.

Still happening.

To reproduce it more easily, zoom in the page.
