Hello, so instead of clicking you drag, am I right? Did you checked the mouse settings, and tried to increase the drag start time? Probably you can adjust this value, so you won't accidentally drag anymore (System Settings -> Input Devices -> Mouse -> Advanced). Did you encounter this problem someplace else, like Dolphin for example - moving files instead of opening them, or something similar?
In dolphin I have no problem. After tesing in dolphin I did as you said and increased the "drag start time" to 1000 from default 500, much better. I noticed something strange in that menu(I use two computers, one where I dont use more than one tab in konsole) that the: Pointer threshold is 4, but pressing the "Defaults"-button sets it to 2. So I did use default on the computer I had problems with multiple tabs in konsole I pressed default so I got: "Pointer threshold" = 2 and "Drag start time" = 500 and I get no problem with the dragging off tabs of Konsole, strange that it has a value of 4 from installation but gets a value of 2 when pressing default.
