Description Harald Sitter 2018-09-11 10:22:01 UTC
setting focus stealing prevention to high or above makes the desktop pretty much useless as kickoff nor krunner get focus anymore when hitting alt-f1/2. for kickoff not even clicking does anything useful.
this prevents the user from even getting to the setting again to lower the prevention rule.

I feel like this worked in the past but maybe I am imagining things.

at any rate, kickoffer/krunner (desktop stuff in general?) need an exception OR when attempting to set a prevention of >=high a huge warning needs to be thrown and explicitly accepted by the user. as mentioned, without getting focus to a launcher plasmoid the user cannot be expected to ever undo the >=high setting.
