stuck Application Starter

openSUSE Tumbleweed 20180905
Plasma 5.13.4
Frameworks 5.49.0
Qt 5.11.1

When starting Plasma, the Application Starter is "stuck" by default, see the screenshot.

It only becomes unstuck after moving the mouse over the tabs.

This happens on at least my three machines with Plasma 5 for a long time now, all running the latest openSUSE Tumbleweed.
