The Application Dashboard groups in the "All Applications" category all applications by ABC including line delimiters. From my point of view it would be nice if this can be removed maybe via an option. At least on my system the applications are not evenly distributed per letter and as such there is either a lot of free space or there is a big block of application icons, this then will lead to a lot of scrolling if you want to go from the beginning of the list to the end or the other way around.
I'm not clear on what you'd prefer to see. Do you want one big block of icons with no separators at all? For example, if all the "C" applications ends in the middle of a row, just begin listing "D" applications? It's a unique request; I'm not sure how many other users would like it, to be honest. Give us some details, or ideally use a simple drawing program to make a very simple mockup and attach it here.
Created attachment 114853 [details] All applications view on Android Yes, basically it would be one big block of all application icons. I've attached a screenshot of Android as this should explain my request quite well. Basically the letters and line delimiters would be removed, just like in recent used applications.
I get it now. Looks just like the App Drawer on my Android tablet. Let me pull in one of our user interface gurus and get his input.
