After slewing to any location, execution of a shutdown procedure having the mount parking step enabled prevents the mount from being unparked automatically when the Scheduler is started. Steps to reproduce (because the sentence is long): - Create a Scheduler job at any location - Check "Park mount" in "Observatory Shutdown Procedure" - Execute the Scheduler, and abort it after slewing to target - Execute the shutdown procedure manually - Re-execute the Scheduler with the same (aborted) set of jobs This issue is due to the reset of the parking engine state to PARKWAIT_IDLE when stopping the Scheduler. The parking engine is then unable to unpark the mount properly.
