If plasma-nm should be used for quick switch the networking enviroment, it were smart if the system proxy configuration could be configured, too.

Today the user has to manually change the proxy config. With incl. Proxy Config. is were real 'click and run'

nm-connection-editor


does have proxy settings, just cannot establish conn or disconnect

I don't think we'll implement this, sorry. Proxy settings are usually not changed very frequently, and the widget is already quite full.
