additional-shifted-frames-in-cursor

Reproducible both in Wayland and X11

1. Open Kickoff.
2. Place mouse cursor near avatar link.
3. Slowly move cursor on and off the avatar and watch the cursor.

Actual:
For a split second between regular and hand type cursor unwanted cursor frames appear - looks like a little bit to the right side.

Beautiful NVIDIA-related graphical corruption. Please report this issue to the NVIDIA folks, either by sending an email to linux-bugs@nvidia.com or making a post at https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/c/gpu-unix-graphics/linux/

It would be helpful to the Nvidia developers if you could run nvidia-bug-report.sh and attach the resulting file in your report. Thanks!
