Sadly I fail to make the dictionary krunner plugin working for me. 
It should list what it needs to run successfully.

To make it more clear. It should list it in the Info panel for the plugin or when using the keyword and it isn't working

What I'm getting here is that Debian is misconfigured for the Dictionary and Spellchecking plugins. Can you file bugs there too please?

Can confirm, also have this issue. And the warning is not exactly helpful.

I played a bit around with the spellcheck language settings and now it seems to work, weird :/

Instead of telling the user what needs be done to make it work just make it work ;-)
