Can you run it from the terminal and tell us if it shows any errors?

Terminal shows no error.
Bug is also reproducible on neon dev unstable.

Can confirm, also happens on kalgebramobile so assigning to kirigami.

Still reproducible in plasma 5.14.
To reproduce: after you open unmaximized Discover, maximize, unmaximize and maximize its window.
