one of them was mounted after running clean commnad found on internet

I had 2 HD out of which i could mount but another western HD is not mounting and giving following error:

An error occurred while accessing '931.5 GiB Hard Drive', the system responded: The requested operation has failed: Error mounting /dev/sdc5 at /media/billgates/9680D6EF80D6D4B9: Command-line `mount -t "ntfs" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000" "/dev/sdc5" "/media/billgates/9680D6EF80D6D4B9"' exited with non-zero exit status 14: The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/sdc5': Operation not permitted
The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown
Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume
read-only with the 'ro' mount option.
