Using the preview KDE Neon Bionic ISO (from Aug. 23), I installed Neon to my PC, selecting English for the keyboard option and a Pacific timezone. When I clicked on the Pacific timezone, the installer insisted it was for Tiajuana. I didn't notice a Los Angeles option, as I was using the global map to click and select my timezone, rather than the combo box. After installation, I noticed my times and dates for SDDM and in my tooltips hovering over the time/date widget were in Spanish, while most of the remainder of Plasma was in English. To change everything to English, I had to edit /etc/default/locale and replace references to en_MX with en_US.
