I did what Mauro suggested and, yes, there were more transponders.
But there were only ten radio stations found as before, for instance Antenne Bayern, Klassik Radio.
These are on transponders 1087 resp. 1103

I miss German and Austrian Public Radio Stations as

Deutschlandfunk and Deutschlandfunk Kultur (Tr. 1077),
BR Klassik, HR 2 Kultur and many others on Tr. 1093,
Ö1 (Austria) on Tr. 1115,

and a TV-Station:
ARD Alpha again on Tr. 1093.

Is there something wrong with scanfile.dvb?
The section concerning Astra 19.2E consists of only one line:
