On Wayland the network connection editor KCM window becomes unresponsive while attempting to connect to a network. This is especially noticeable when the network password/secret is wrong, because then NetworkManager will fail to establish a connection and pursue a few more doomed retry attempts -- prolonging the duration for which the network editor remains unresponsive. While that is happening, KWin will mark the window as unresponsive (titlebar). Steps to reproduce: 0. Run a Wayland session (may or may not be relevant?) 1. Contrive to set up a network with the wrong password/secret 2. Apply settings 3. Try to move or resize the window whilst the doomed connection attempt(s) is/are in progress 4. Watch Kwin mark the titlebar of the window as "Unresponsive"
1. Try to connect to WiFi with a wrong password. 2. Right after connection attempt try to resize Connections window. 3. Password window appears. 4. At this time Connections window is already unresponsive.
