Description Leslie Zhai 2018-08-24 09:10:33 UTC
Hi KDE developer,

Like BUG397787 I can reproduce QTBUG-2597 when building kio git master with Qt 5.6 for mips64el:

Generating kpasswdserver_interface.cpp, kpasswdserver_interface.h
Got unknown type `(ysssssssssbbbba{s(siv)})'
You should add <annotation name="org.qtproject.QtDBus.QtTypeName.In2" value="<type>"/> to the XML description
src/core/CMakeFiles/KF5KIOCore.dir/build.make:70: recipe for target 'src/core/kpasswdserver_interface.cpp' failed
make[2]: *** [src/core/kpasswdserver_interface.cpp] Error 1

Workaround is:

diff --git a/src/core/org.kde.KPasswdServer.xml b/src/core/org.kde.KPasswdServer.xml

But I am also investigating the root cause, please give me some hint, thanks a lot!
