Browse an SMB share with Dolphin and open an archive at its location.
-> the whole archive gets copied to the client first before Ark shows its content.
This is especially bad when the archive is really huge.

It should be possible for Ark to show the archive's content without copying it first, as apparently KIO offers such a functionality when it is explicitly used.

Yeah, KIO should be network-transparent here. Possibly an Ark issue.
