The Mirror/Symmetry tools will stop working after Several minutes of use. It is not a set amount of time, and it doesn't always happen. But it does happen enough to have become very frustrating. After that, it will work for new projects/files but not for the particular projects in which it ceased to function. Do you know what could be causing this? Is there a fix for it?

No, I have no idea, and I do not see this happening. Unless you happen to be using a brush preset for the Quick brush engine: those do not work with mirroring. Or maybe you made a selection?

In any case, please update your version of Krita: the current release is 4.1.1.

Please update to 4.1.1 and try to reproduce: if you can still reproduce it, check whether you have created a selection, and whether this happens with all or most brush presets. Right now there isn't enough info to start looking into whether this is a possible bug.
