While gaming with a CM STORM Xornet, the mouse causes many issues with many games: the cursor freezes in top left corner of the display or forces the playes to look up over his head.
Sometimes it's possible to fix this bug disabling the raw mouse input in the games's settings.

This isn't a KDE issue and sounds like a problem with your mouse, or with its firmware, or with the libinput drivers.
