saving file in eps format bug video

I cannot save the file in eps format while using "save as" button. It throws me an error saying "cannot save screenshot. Error while writing file". It works for saving png file format. See the attachment video.

Thanks for the detailed video. Can reproduce in KDE Neon with Spectacle and Frameworks from git master.

However I cannot reproduce on Kubuntu 18.04 with Spectacle and Frameworks from git master.

It's possible that Spectacle relies on a package for EPS support that's not installed by default on Neon.
