In the page
https://www.digikam.org/download/binary/
installation on Fedora should use dnf instead of yum ("dnf install digikam")

Moreover the link to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/digikam is not correct anymore, it should be:
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/digikam
