Created attachment 114496 [details] When starting the wayland session the workspace appears like this Hi guys, i'm not sure if this is the right section or not, i'm having a hard time distinguishing the various kde components. (I'm not sure if it's a kwin/kscreen/plasma-workspace issue. After upgrading to KDE Plasma 5.13.4 on my Plasma (Wayland session) a black vertical stripe appeared on the right side of the monitor. It seems that the workspace has the wrong aspect Ratio (44 cm x 30 cm) but i can drag windows over it and they are visualized correctly. If i lower the resolution and set it back to 1920x1080 the default panel fills the monitor width how it's supposed to, but the wallpaper doesn't change size even if a select a different image. I will attach some screenshots to better understand the issue.
Created attachment 114497 [details] Lowering the resolution makes the black stripe disappear
Created attachment 114498 [details] After setting back the resolution to 1080p the default panel displays correctly but the wallpaper doesn't
How to reproduce the issue: I'm not sure. It only happens with this specific monitor (Dell s2415h) with my HP 23xi secondary monitor i don't have this issue.
I temporarily fixed the issue rollbacking to 5.13.3-1 the following packages: -kscreen -kwin -plasma-wayland-session -plasma-workspace I will try to update them one by one to localize the problem as soon as i can.

I think Ken's one is different as it's exactly 1/4 and we know he's scaling. That's a Qt issue I think we've sorted. This can't be scaling, it's off by only a small amount. It does match the other report you linked though. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 397823 ***
