How to reproduce:
- Open two files in Kile
- Right click on one of the tabs
- Kile crashes

I can always reproduce this. I cloned the repository few minutes ago and tried to find the cause: it seems that the problem is in line 530 of kileviewmanager.cpp (action5 is null, maybe?). I tried to remove all the lines involving "action5" and Kile does not crash anymore. However this is not a proper fix, I guess, because I removed the menu item.
