When I switching to sleep mode, Plasma is locked after resume. 

Example of problem : 

→ I close panel (of my laptop). 
→ Computer switch to sleep mode
→ I reopen panel, and I continue to see all apps opened for several seconds 
→ Lockscreen appear in this moment.

I experience the same issue with the difference that I only see my desktop for a fraction of a second before the Lockscreen appears.

I guess presenting the lockscreen is the correct behaviour, however the user's desktop should not be exposed.

Same issue with a Desktop, tends to happen when sleeping for longer, I'll see the desktop for a second or two before lockscreen is shown.

One time I've even been able to bypass the lockscreen (resumed and was able to use the computer without entering my password) which makes me think this is a security concert, however I haven't been able to reproduce it.

I can't see anything like that after waking up from suspend on Plasma 6.2.5!
On Debian 13 (testing repository).
Maybe it was fixed.

Still happens for me with 6.3.0 every time i wake up so definitely not fixed.
