Steps: 1. Start Wayland session. 2. Open some not XWayland window - tested with Dolphin. 3. Invoke it's resizing with Meta+R shortcut. 4. Decrease size of the window with mouse movement. 5. Press Esc key. Actual: Esc key stops resizing action only from second press. After pressing close button the transparent window stays displayed on screen. The window becomes more transparent after subsequent invokes of resize shortcut, decreasing of the window size and canceling
XWayland window becomes transparent too if resizing action was finished by pressing Enter - not by mouse click
Cannot reproduce with Inkscape (Xwayland) on neon unstable.
