Resourse manager save choosen tips and tools as normal, but when I open an archive, it is empty or partically empty, and when I click Edit bundle, it is also empty

System: Ubuntu 18.04

This seems to be working on my system. Opening the bundle also shows resources inside of it as well. Have you made sure to click the "right" pointing arrow to add a given resource to the bundle? 

Marking this as works for me, but would like to hear more details about your particular problem (if you're available.) What type of brush preset are you exporting? When you say tips, do you mean brush "stamp" shapes?
