Upon resuming from suspend (On my HP ENVY 17 running Kubuntu 18.04.01) the filenames on the desktop folders and files are pixelated and often have black bars around the filenames, which sometimes disappear. The only solution I've found to remedy this issue is to killall plasmashell && kstart plasmashell. 

This restores the desktop, but this is a bug and shouldn't happen.
