Steps to reproduce:
1. Click the panel menu
2. Click "Add widgets"
3. Click the search button in the widgets panel
4. Type in

What should happen: text appears in the search box
What happens: text appears in whatever else has the focus

I'd attach a screenshot, but it seems spectacle still can't take fullscreen screenshots.
