Screenshot of running ngrok in konsole

Since I upgraded to Fedora 28 (and thus a newer version of KDE) ngrok spills out broken characters. I didn't update the ngrok binary in that time frame and ngrok's output is still perfectly fine in xterm.

Tell me if you need any more information.

I"m not sure off hand why Konsole adds the '?' which are likely invalid chars

I'd have to make a ngrok account and set it up to test it.

Mathias can you please confirm if this issue still exists?
Comment 5 Mathias Panzenböck 2020-11-05 05:42:48 UTC
I still have that problem, but I'm still on Fedora 31 with these versions:

Konsole: 19.12.1
KDE-Plasma: 5.18.5
KDE-Frameworks: 5.73.0
Qt: 5.13.2

Guess I should upgrade to newest Fedora when I have time (need to make room on my HDD to be able to do that).
