When I use the program, everything works correctly until I see the video animation, it is cut and fails to play, I tried in formats like mkv, mp4 or ogg

Hi Paulina,

Please update to Krita 4.1.1. If the problem persists, you need to give us much more information: please provide at least your original .kra file, the logfile created during rendering, the rendered animation and which player you're using to watch it.
