Opening Okular, the menu items are :
Pas de texte - Edition - Affichage - Aller - Signet - Outils - Pas de texte - Pas de texte

Hi!

If you are using Mageia 6, please try removing ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/okular/part.rc and ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/okular/shell.rc (that means files in the hidden catalog ".local" in your home dir)

If you have had KDE 4 installation, please also remove ~/.kde4/share/apps/okular and ~/.kde4/share/config/okularrc
